Does he Not Like Me or is He TOO Shy…?

Dear Katie,
There’s this guy in my high school, and whenever the bell rings and we go to our next class, we see each other and during tutorial I go to one class usually and he’s there too, and he usually sits near me.
When we’re like passing each other, I sometimes accidentally look in his eyes and I see that he’s looking at me too, but sometimes that I pretend to not look at him, he does the same thing. He’s a good looking guy but I think he’s a little shy.
So is he too shy to ask me out or does he not like me?

The only way you’ll know is if you talk to him and get to know him.
I think this happens when a person really likes someone, they see every little thing that he does as a sign he might like them, so just because he makes eye contact with you sometimes does not mean that he likes you…so find out more by talking to him.
He might be shy like you said, and if so then you will have to initiate the conversation.
