I wanted to know, what does a good relationship need?

Hi Amanda,
You asked what a relationship really needs…and that is open communication. The connection you guys have is the core, but to maintain that connection and continue a relationship you really have to be able to communicate your thoughts and feelings openly and honestly together and really being able to listen to each other and understand one another’s points of view.
Being able to really hear your boyfriend and see where he is coming from and for him to be able to do the same will really help keep you guys connected and in-sync with each other. As soon as you put up a wall it automatically blocks him out and pushes him away, which is not good for a relationship.
