How Do I Make My Boobs Look Bigger?

Hi Katie,
Hi! I’m a freshmen in highschool, and all my girl friends have boobs but me! It sucks! I feel so self concious about how flat my chest is….I am an A cup and wish I was a B or C!
Do you have any suggestions on how to make them look bigger or what would make them actually grow? I feel like all the other girls are becoming women and I am still a little girl. Please Help!

Dear Samantha,
Don’t worry sweetie, you are definetly not alone! There are many girls who develop their breasts later on or develop breasts that are on the smaller side. And trust me, I know it can be hard when all the other girls have boobs and you don’t.
Fortunantly there are a few things you can do!
1.) Use a Padded Bra: You can get push up bras that really give some lift to little boobs.
Here are some bras I like that really make a difference!

2.) Use Bra Pads That “Add a Size”: Wear your same bra you have now, and use one of the “add a cup size” pads or push up bra inserts that you can get from any of these places:Victoria’s Secret, or from Fredericks of Hollywood, and even Walmart has them! By putting them in right under you boob, and using them to lift up your cleavage will really make a huge difference!
3.) Embrace Them! Some guys like smaller boobs. Esspecially if you have an athletic body, smaller boobs are preferable.
Also, there are some scams to really WATCH OUT for!!! There are some creams and herbal suppliments that claim to increase your breast size or make them grow. These do not work! They are often very expensive and a waste of your time and $$$! So don’t bother trying any of these.
Give yourself some time, your boobs will continue to develop for several more years, so maybe you are just a late bloomer and next year you will blossom!

I had the same problem Samantha-my boobs didn’t grow until I was a Senior in high school. Don’t worry about it. And as to making them look bigger-don’t. If anyone finds out you do that, they will call you a “fake”. Probably making you a social outcast. This would not happen because you have small boobs. And think of this-Are you very skinny? If you are, or if you can see the outline of your ribs, that could be the problem. You could just be underweight.
